Twin Cities Food Finds Overview

Direct Line Services is 100% accountable for the use and location of all our hotel customer service tools. We encourage you to personally contact hotel representatives to get their personal perspective on our hospitality “customer service tools”.

A partnership with Direct Line Services gives a restaurant the following exposures to TRAVELERS WHO HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DINE OUT.

WE DELIVER:

• Twin Cities Food Finds Menu & Map Brochures that include your menu, ambience, photos, special features and door-to-door maps and directions from each hotel to your restaurant and are located in a minimum of 20 hotels that are displayed at the point of need (on the front desk or in the front lobby at high traffic locations).

• 10,000 additional brochures with an all-purpose map and detailed directions to the front door of your restaurant from all areas of the Twin Cities. These brochures are located in The Minneapolis Convention Center and office building concierge stations. They are used by restaurants to include with a guest check, gift certificate sales, “to-go” orders, mailings, and displayed in restaurant lobbies. Used effectively, the all-purpose brochures will replace the cost of other printing your restaurant currently has.

• Two-page menu spread in the Twin Cities Food Finds Menu Directory that is delivered to over 100 properties. Every restaurant in the metro area drops off their menu at area hotels. That means there are hundreds of menus a week being delivered to the hotels. It is not humanly possible for them to organize these menus, which is exactly the reason why they NEED and USE the Twin Cities Food Finds Menu Directory.

• A master list of all Twin Cities Food Finds restaurants is distributed to the same locations as the Twin Cities Food Finds Menu Directory. The Master List is handed out when guests want a reference of local restaurants to take to their rooms. The list includes each participating restaurant’s name, location, cuisine-type and phone number. The handout also directs guests to the lobby brochure displays, front desk menu directory and Twin Cities Food Finds website to learn more about each restaurant’s ambience, menu, special features and more.

• Menu listing and all restaurant specifics in www.TCFoodFinds.com, which is the only Minnesota website that displays every restaurant’s menu and special features. The website is organized exactly the same as the printed directory: By cuisine, alphabetically and by city location.

• Direct Line Services personally visits each hotel every week to replace consumed brochures and socialize with the hotel staff in order to get to know them personally. This interaction directly benefits every restaurant in our program.

Cost per thousand perspective on a partnership with
Twin Cities Food Finds:

TWIN CITIES FOOD FINDS MENU & MAP BROCHURE DISPLAYS:
Each hotel will go through on average 450 brochures (15 per restaurant) per week in each market (Minneapolis and I-494/South Metro). Minimum of twenty (20) hotels * in each market:
-9000 brochures per week in each market.
-52 weeks = A minimum of 468,000 brochures are consumed per year in each
market.

Yes, some take more than one and some may use none on any given day. Just like a magazine. How many ads are in a magazine that nobody pays attention to? But you still pay for those “eyeballs”. We have at least 468,000 “eyeballs” in each market that end up taking brochures from our displays, while each restaurant will average 10-20 brochures taken per week in EACH hotel.

Cost per thousand: $15.70 for just the brochures. The rest is “value added.”

* We guarantee and price our service based on 20 locations. We are actually in 28 properties in Minneapolis and 24 in the 494/South Metro.

TWIN CITIES FOOD FINDS MENU DIRECTORY:
Some hotels might use the menu book 0, 1, or 2 times a day. Most use it at least 5 or 10 times a day. Some hotels use it 40 or 50 times a day. In talking with hotels, a VERY conservative number is five times a day. 100 properties. 500 times a day. 365 days = A minimum of 182,500 times a year the Twin Cities Food Finds Menu Directory is used by travelers who are EXCLUSIVELY looking for restaurants.

www.TCFoodFinds.com
Our website is getting a minimum of 1500 visitors a day, which pro-rates to 547,000 visitors per year.

Twin Cities Food Finds average USERSHIP/IMPRESSIONS:

468,000 (display users) + 182,500 (menu directory users) + 547,000 (website users) = A “conservative” average of 1,197,500 people a year that access our products.

That is only $6.14 per thousand people that a restaurant reaches who are actively looking for a place to eat. Most of whom have no choice but to dine out for every meal during their stay. These numbers are based on only one person using our products at a time, but the average length of stay in a hotel is 3 days with 2.5 people per room.

“We are not an ad. We are everything restaurateurs
want a customer to know about their restaurant.”
