The hospitality industry needed a customer service product that is practical, easy to use and truly helps serve their guests whom are searching for the perfect dining experience. The only way to give the hospitality industry exactly what they needed was to give them the opportunity to develop a product that they would use and the guests could use on their own. Twin Cities Food Finds Menu & Map Brochures was developed by hospitality employees for the hospitality industry.

Educational

Twin Cities Food Finds Menu & Map Brochures is a complete dining information service that fully educates guests, front desk staff and concierges not familiar with your restaurant, and aids those who are. It includes your menu, price points, photos, ambience description, address, telephone numbers, hours of operation, credit cards accepted and specific maps and directions from each participating hotel to the front door of your restaurant. No other product offers close to the amount of needed information as Twin Cities Food Finds.

Accessible

Guests and staff access Twin Cities Food Finds Hotel Brochures at any time. Located at the front desk, concierge desk and front lobbies of participating hotels, your restaurant’s information is always at the fingertips of the hotel guests and employees who help those guests with dining decisions. Your information is not “down the hall, around the corner,” stuffed into a file cabinet in a back room or buried inside an ad filled magazine.

Exclusivity

Only thirty restaurants are partnered in the service, with only two or three in each culinary category. Unlike any other product, competition is minimal.

Endorsed by Hotels

We provide the contact names and telephone numbers at the hotels so that you may call them and ask them firsthand how much they like and use the Twin Cities Food Finds Menu & Map Brochures. We encourage calls to hotels!!!!!!!!!!

Face time

We are physically in each of our partnered hotels a minimum of once per week on your behalf, restocking brochures and talking to hotel staff to get to know them personally. We even host happy hours to entertain the front office staff, concierge, bellman, van drivers and GM’s to learn more about them and how we can improve our partnership.

Additional Marketing opportunities

10,000 additional brochures with generic backs are created for you to use at your discretion. (mailings, carry-out orders, special events, given to first time customers, available in multiple restaurant locations…)
